| erm, looks nothing like morpheus to start with
the sprite is too dark, with neo it worked but due to the positioning on this sprite i dont think it will
you only have windblow on one side basically apart from a sleeve
the feet need fixing
the skin tone doesnt really work even if he is black, and he needs ears
and also give him a neck

| first make one face forward and the other face to the side thats just how spriting feet are done & make his right foot which will be facing to the right one pixel higher then the left foot.
His skin is fine (kindof maybe saturate it a bit less) the shading good sue a little work though on the cloth | |
